A yoga studio that's all about you - by you and for you.
♥ NEW FALL CLASSES ♥
Rosie adds a 10:15AM Yoga Flow class. This is more than the 9:00AM Gentle class but still an easy challenge for all beginners and intermediate students. Rosie calls it "Chaturanga free flow."
Something different. TAI CHI! Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. Rosie leads this 45 minute class Sunday mornings at 9:00AM.
9:00AM - Laura Seide brings her expertise to Focus on the Back. This hour of Alignment and Stretching caters to yoga practitioners with concerns about strengthening and conditioning their backs.
4:45 - Trying to fit a yoga class into busy work and family schedules? Try this. Sarah Marquez brings an hour of power flow good for intermediate and advanced students. (Perfect for Beginners too if you know when not to push too hard!)
10:30AM If you find Tara's Gentle class at 9:00AM is too gentle come at 10:30 and take it up several notches for a more energetic flow class. If you want more challenge this is the class for you.

PARKING is getting easier because so many yoga students are riding a bike, walking, carpooling, or being dropped off. Don't let limited parking keep you from attending. Most days there is at least one space left in our lot for late comers. It's easy to park up on 35th Place by the LDS church (a short walk up W. Devils Lake toward the hospital) and walk down if you HAVE to drive. Or ask someone to drop you off. Thanks for making our space work. DON'T PARK IN THE LOT BEHIND THE STUDIO OR IN ANY "RESERVED" SPOTS!!
